Palo IT is seeking a Senior AI-Native Engineer (Software) to lead the development of complex features and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with tech leads and architects to apply Gen-E2 methods, driving AI-assisted coding, reviews, and best practices across projects.

You will mentor junior to mid-level engineers, partner with product teams, and contribute to Gen-E2 playbooks, while leveraging AI tools to troubleshoot and optimize engineering outcomes.
