ZF Group is seeking a Customer Success Consultant for North Italy to maximize value for customers by acting as a liaison between customers and our organization. You will build long-term relationships, drive satisfaction, retention and loyalty by helping customers achieve their goals.

In this role, you will manage a group of customers, gather feedback for product improvements, deliver demonstrations, assist onboarding, and provide training resources to optimize product usage.
