IFAD's Independent Office of Evaluation (IOE) seeks a Director to lead evaluation policy and practice, reporting to the IFAD Executive Board. The role requires strategic direction, robust management of the IOE programme, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders in development work.

The Director will guide evaluation methodologies, ensure timely evidence for decision-makers, and foster partnerships with UN agencies and international financial institutions in a global setting.
