CBTalents is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a Portugal-based project. The role is remote, with relocation support and candidates based in Portugal or EU passport holders open to relocation.

You will provide customer support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical issues, document cases accurately, and strive to turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
