In this role you help customers unlock value from Workday post-implementation, acting as a trusted advisor across configuration, demonstrations, and best practices. You will deliver targeted micro-consulting, support adoption, and share practical guidance to optimize Workday features. You’ll work with customers to align configurations with business goals, present how-to value, and help scale their use of Workday. This role offers continuous learning, cross-team collaboration, and opportunities to shape customer success programs.

- Perform customer research to understand questions and Workday concepts
- Provide small-scope consulting, configuration guidance, and demonstrations
- Troubleshoot product configurations to meet business needs
- Communicate responses clearly to customers and articulate value
- Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
- Offer one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)




- Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
- Maintain and advance Workday product expertise and certifications; stay current with industry practices
- Contribute to development of new customer adoption programs
- Conduct configuration and business requirements reviews and propose optimization opportunities
- Deliver one-on-one customer configuration designs and full deployments of Workday features
- 5+ years of implementation experience
- 5+ years of Experience with Workday deployments and financials systems
- 3+ years of software consulting experience
- Workday Certification, or ability to certify in FDM, Record to Report, Financial Accounting
- Fluent in German or French
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Advanced degree preferred
- Ability to learn Workday concepts as new features are released
- Ability to distill complex concepts into clear customer presentations
- Ability to multitask across multiple engagements
- Strong critical thinking skills for technical process issues and decision making
