One80 Kitchen Lounge Restaurant in Rome is seeking a skilled Sommelier Maître to craft a premium wine experience for guests, from presentation to service and cellar management.

You will open and decant wines, maintain extensive knowledge of the wine list, mentor the team through tastings, and stay current with wine trends and the menu.

The role requires evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with growth opportunities in our expanding Experimental group.
