Key Responsibilities

- Ensure achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency targets and KPIs.
- Act as the designated safety supervisor in compliance with Italian Health & Safety regulations.
- Lead, organize, and supervise production activities, ensuring the availability of personnel, materials, equipment, and tools.
- Manage and develop the production team through effective communication, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with work orders and product specifications.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and actively support related initiatives.
- Identify and report equipment issues, process improvements, and resource needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

We offer a permanent employment contract under the Italian Chemical Industry Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Industria Chimica), with a gross annual salary ranging from €33,000 to €40,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
