Offer Description
The researcher should be skilled in quantitative methods applied to socioeconomic research, with experience in building and managing multi-country comparative databases, integrated analysis of quantitative and qualitative data (mixed methods research), and in developing contextualized indicators related to social, institutional, and organizational change processes. They should have skills in methodologically harmonizing data from different geographical and cultural contexts, designing quantitative tools complementary to qualitative research (surveys, comparative frameworks, analysis matrices, synthetic indicators),
and in visualizing and interpreting complex data. They should also have skills in supporting project management, monitoring research activities, systematizing and reporting results, managing project deliverables, and supporting technical and financial reporting processes. xysqume

- quality, originality, and innovativeness of the project proposal, with reference to the research program subject to selection; 15 points
- relevance and significance of previously conducted research activities, as well as any work experience, in relation to the content of the research program subject to selection; 30 points
- relevance of attached publications to the research program subject to selection; 15 points
- interview aimed at assessing suitability for carrying out the research activity under the contract and for implementing the proposed project, as well as evaluating knowledge of English and/or other languages relevant to the research. 40 points
