Sales Manager Food, Beverage & Specialties - Italy
As Sales Manager for Italy in Food, Beverage & Specialties, you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to expand market presence and grow revenue. You will manage key accounts, collaborate with R&D;, Product Marketing and Operations, and oversee the regional budget.
You will translate data into action, drive customer satisfaction, and report to senior management. This role supports Amcor's mission to deliver sustainable packaging and shape lives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence in Italy.
- Identify opportunities and growth areas in strategic product categories (Dispensing, Applicators, Closures, Containers).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proactively engage with customers to address concerns and ensure high satisfaction.
- Oversee the regional sales budget and allocate resources efficiently.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Product Marketing and Operations to align sales with business goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the rigid packaging industry
- Good knowledge of Beverage/Food markets
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Native language Italian and advanced level of English
