During your time with us, you will work in both our Reception and Bar departments. It’s the perfect way to build a 360-degree foundation in the hospitality industry and never get bored!

What we offer:

- Contract Type: Tempo parziale (21–24 hours / 5 days per week) – 1-year contract.
- Compensation: Level 5 CCNL Turismo Alberghi (€11,688.48 – €13,358.27 Gross Annual Salary).

What are we looking for?

- Legal Requirement: Mandatory enrollment in the Protected Categories list (Italian Law 68/99 Art. 1 – work capacity reduction over 45%).
- Shift Flexibility: Hostel life never stops! Your shifts will rotate on a weekly basis, alternating between mornings, afternoons, and evenings based on company needs (earliest shift starts at 07:00, latest ends at 22:00).
- Positive Attitude: A "can-do" mindset and a genuine passion for human connection.
- Languages: Fluent Italian and English (any additional language is a massive plus!).
