This role is responsible for owning IT products that enable eCommerce platform catalogue management, product publishing, ordering, payments, shipment, return and AI enhancement evolutions. /p pThe Product Owner will act as the primary bridge between eCommerce business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, data‑driven, and aligned with commercial growth, operational efficiency, and long‑term digital and AI strategy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for eCommerce IT capabilities, including catalogue management, product publishing, ordering, payments, shipment, return partner integrations, and AI enhancement evolutions. /li liTranslate business objectives (parts accessories sales, Service subscriptions) into a clear product roadmap. /li liDevelop a deep understanding of eCommerce business models,
customer journeys, and competitive dynamics. /li liAlign eCommerce strategy with aftermarket eCommerce objectives, revenue targets, and partner expectations. /li liOwn, maintain, and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business value, ROI, regulatory constraints, and customer impact. /li liTranslate strategy into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. /li liBalance short‑term delivery with long‑term platform scalability. /li /ul pCustomer Business Representation /p ul liAct as the voice of the customer, incorporating insights from online behaviors, Customer Care feedback, and post‑sales data. /li liCollaborate with Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Care to capture and reconcile requirements. /li liEnsure alignment between central eCommerce platforms and dealer/market needs. /li /ul pAgile Delivery Team Collaboration /p ul liWork closely with Agile delivery teams (developers, UX, QA, architects) throughout design, build, test, and release phases. /li liParticipate actively in Scrum events (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). /li liProvide continuous clarification to remove blockers and accelerate delivery. /li /ul peCommerce Platform ICT Governance /p ul liOwn functional requirements for eCommerce platforms, CMS, payment, identity, CRM, ERP, and logistics integrations. /li liEnsure compliance with security, privacy (GDPR), payment (PCI‑DSS), and automotive regulations. /li liCoordinate with Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity teams. /li /ul pPerformance Monitoring Continuous Improvement /p ul liDefine and track eCommerce KPIs (conversion rate, funnel abandonment, order accuracy,
digital revenue contribution). /li liMonitor product performance post‑release and drive data‑driven improvements. /li liContinuously gather feedback and adapt priorities accordingly. /li /ul pRelease Quality Accountability /p ul liValidate delivered features against acceptance criteria and formally accept releases. /li liEnsure high standards for UX, performance, reliability, and scalability of customer‑facing solutions. /li liSupport rollout coordination across brands. /li /ul pStakeholder Communication Reporting /p ul liCommunicate product vision, progress, risks, and dependencies to senior management and business stakeholders. /li liProvide transparency on roadmap delivery, benefits realization, and trade‑offs. /li /ul h3Qualifications, Skills Experience /h3 ul liAt least 8 years of experience as Product Owner. /li liStrong business acumen with a growth mindset. /li liAbility to balance short‑term delivery with long‑term strategy. /li liCollaborative, outcome‑oriented leadership style. /li lieCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce/ SAP Commerce / Salesforce Commerce / similar) background. /li liOrder Management / Payments / CRM / ERP integrations. /li liData analytics KPI tracking (basic level). /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pSalary range: from 47 € to 55 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements. /p pCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (first / second / third) professional area. /p h3Please submit your CV in English. /h3 pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
