ph3Claims Adjuster /h3pGrow your experience in handling complex claims and become a problem solver for clients by delivering technical excellence and service differentiation in a global claims handling environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop expertise in investigating and handling claims through a proactive, best‑practice approach in line with AIG’s quality standards. /liliActively promote and demonstrate the principles of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ in all claims handling activities. /liliIdentify and review suspect/fraudulent claims regularly, responding in accordance with company guidelines. /liliMaintain regular contact with internal stakeholders, brokers, medical experts, clients’ lawyers, victims and their legal representatives. /liliBuild effective relationships with internal and external customers, acting as a point of referral. /liliSupport Team Managers and deputize in their absence, including monitoring market and industry practices in claims handling. /liliCollaborate with underwriting colleagues to provide insights from claims experience that help improve products.
