The role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country TMS initiatives, acting as the key coordination point between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners. /pulliLead end-to-end TMS implementation and transformation projects from initiation to go-live and stabilization /liliDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business and IT stakeholders /liliCoordinate cross-functional and cross-country teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors /liliManage project plans, risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery /liliEnsure alignment with corporate standards, governance models, and best practices /liliOversee system configuration, integrations, data migration, and testing activities related to TMS solutions /liliCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities /liliEnsure effective communication, reporting, and escalation toward key stakeholders and project sponsors /liliDrive process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement within transportation and distribution processes /liliSupport change management, training, and post go-live support activities /li /ulh3Requirements and Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Information Technology,

Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field /liliAt least 4–6 years of experience in IT project management roles within logistics or supply chain environments /liliProven experience delivering Transportation Management System (TMS) projects, preferably in international or multi-site contexts /liliStrong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes (e.g. inbound/outbound transportation, carrier management, freight costing, planning and execution) /liliSolid understanding of IT systems, integrations, and data flows within the supply chain ecosystem /liliStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills /liliAbility to manage complex initiatives involving multiple teams and external vendors /liliExcellent command of English (C1 level), both written and spoken /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliProject Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) /liliExperience in global transformation or digitalization programs /liliFamiliarity with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall project delivery methodologies /liliExperience working within a Center of Excellence or global governance model /li /ulh3What we offer /h3pWe offer a range of benefits including new learning opportunities, a comprehensive Welfare System, Life and Health Insurance, Modern Workstation and Discounts within the MSC group.
