You will also contribute to bmonth‑end closing, forecasting, and budgeting cycles /b, with particular attention to bcost improvement (CI) initiatives /b and bCAPEX performance /b. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead consolidation of Actuals, Rolling Forecast, and Profit Plan results at HQ level /li liProvide clear and actionable variance analysis on PL and Balance Sheet vs. forecast, plan, and prior year /li liSupport and coordinate the annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan processes, contributing to regional financial alignment /li liOwn the preparation and sharing of monthly functional budgets, partnering with Mobility EMEA functional leaders /li liAct as a key interface between plants and HQ for functional budget analysis and ad‑hoc financial requests /li liContribute to HQ ledger management and regional allocation processes,
ensuring accuracy and consistency /li liSupport regional Cost‑Out (CI) reporting, initiatives, and ad‑hoc business cases, providing financial insights to drive performance improvements /li liSupport regional CAPEX reporting, contributing to planning and forecast accuracy /liliDrive continuous improvement of reporting processes, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and data quality /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred /li liMinimum 2 years in Finance Controlling, experience in large multi‑national manufacturing organisations with complex matrix structures or structured consulting companies /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liSolid experience in operational finance within an on‑site environment, with strong accounting knowledge /li liProficient in English and Italian /li liStrong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and challenge decisions at all organisational levels /li liEffective communicator, able to adapt style and approach to different stakeholders and situations /li liStrong business partnering capabilities,
