Michael Page MDO Process Specialist

Lead the start-up and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films
Work closely with production, QC and R&D; to industrialize new products
Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency
Act as a problem solver
Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor

Qualifications/Requirements

Master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experience
Demonstrated experience in process troubleshooting, scaling up and industrialization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including structured root cause analysis
Strong operational mindset: passionate about working hands-on with the machines
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D; and production

Would be considered plus:

proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines,



ideally gained at film industry
Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP- film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)

Multinational company

Annual salary ranging from €55000 to €65000.
