ppWe are looking for a Telesales Co-ordinator who will identify high-quality potential customers from given lists and keep relationship and contacts with the assigned customers in order to identify sales opportunity. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pKey resposibilities: /p ul liIdentify high-quality potential customers from given lists and keep relationship and contacts with the assigned customers in order to identify sales opportunity. /li liPresentation of products (e.g. consumables) and services on the phone. /li liCustomer data administration in the CRM and/or other sales related tools. /li liDevelop and support business growth in the small and medium companies’ market. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pSkills required: /p ul liTelephone sales techniques (outbound and inbound). /li liLead generation and prospect qualification skills. /li liKnowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). /li liAbility to manage and update customer databases. /li liNegotiation and closing techniques Basic knowledge of products/services (e.g. consumables)
