pAt strongStellantis /strong, we continuously seek innovative ways to improve vehicle profitability while delivering value to our customers. /ppFor this reason, we are looking for an strongIdeas Generation Manager /strong to support, generate and drive strongtechnical cost‑reduction ideas /strong (Ecotech / Ecomarketing) from early concept through approval. /ppThis role sits at the crossroads of strongEngineering, Purchasing and Finance /strong, and plays a key role in identifying opportunities, structuring business cases and ensuring that ideas progress efficiently through the decision process. /ppstrongYour mission /strong /ppAs strongIdeas Generation Manager /strong, you will be responsible for managing the strongend‑to‑end lifecycle of cost‑reduction ideas /strong, from idea generation to approval, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and contribution to profitability targets. /ppstrongKey responsibilities /strong /pulliGenerate cost‑reduction ideas in close collaboration with strongEngineering, Purchasing and other stakeholders /strong /liliMaintain and update the strongideas pipeline /strong, including status, impacts and stakeholder alignment /liliCoordinate with strongEngineering and Purchasing /strong to mature ideas (technical feasibility, supplier quotations, alternatives) /liliPerform strongeconomic evaluations /strong (business cases, cost breakdowns, sourcing inputs) /liliPrepare and submit strongapproval proposals /strong to the relevant decision bodies /liliIdentify, manage and strongescalate roadblocks /strong, proposing corrective actions to meet targets /liliManage strongP‑Challenge / GAP price programs /strong,
