Your mission is a B2B2C one: you sell to teachers and school staff, who in turn inspire their students — aged 7 to 17 — to embark on a language learning journey abroad.You will manage your own territory across Italy, developing a strong network of school contacts, running events and info sessions, and consistently growing your pipeline of engaged educators and motivated young learners.This role requires a VAT number (Partita IVA) as a Procacciatore d'Affari and is open across the whole of Italy.What You'll DoBuild and grow a school network — develop strong, trust-based relationships with teachers, class coordinators and school staff, positioning EF as their go-to partner for language travel programsDrive B2B2C sales — work with educators to inspire and convert their students (aged 7–17) into EF program participants, guiding families through the enrollment processRepresent EF in the field — attend school events, fairs and info meetings to build brand awareness,



generate leads and strengthen your local presenceImplement local marketing activities — develop and execute promotional initiatives within your territory to keep EF top of mind among schools and familiesManage your pipeline — maintain an organised and up-to-date customer database, tracking leads and opportunities to maximise conversionDeliver outstanding after-sales service — support enrolled students and their families throughout the journey, ensuring a high-quality experience that drives referrals and repeat businessHit your targets — take ownership of your individual sales goals with a proactive, results-driven mindsetWho You Are1–3 years of sales experience as a Sales Representative with an active Partita IVAB2B2C or channel sales experience — a background in selling through intermediaries such as teachers, school coordinators or institutional partners is a strong advantageResilient and persistent — motivated by overcoming objections and energised by the challenge of opening new doorsExcellent relationship builder — you genuinely connect with people and know how to identify win-win solutionsEntrepreneurial spirit — comfortable managing your own schedule, territory and priorities independentlyCalm under pressure — able to consistently perform and meet targets in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools and basic sales reportingFully fluent in Italian; working knowledge of English is a plusWhy EF — and Why NowCompensation is exclusively commission-based under a self-employed consultancy arrangement (Partita IVA). Earnings depend entirely on the volume of business generated and the commissions accrued. Successful consultants may generate annual commissions around 60,000,
