Success in this position relies on a strong functional understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into consistent and effective optimization rules within the tool. /ppPositioned within IT, the Product Owner acts as a key coordinator between Business teams, Transformation teams, and the system integrator, ensuring that slotting and sequencing logic delivers both: /pulliExpected operational performance (processing time, robustness) /liliHigh quality of results aligned with business objectives /li /ulpThe role also includes ownership of performance monitoring and reporting, leveraging external data platforms such as Snowflake and Power BI. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pThe responsibilities of the Product Owner include but are not limited to the following: /ph3Functional Ownership Optimization Rules (Core Mission)



/h3ulliAct as the functional owner of slotting and sequencing processes. /liliTranslate business requirements into clear, structured, and consistent optimization rules and parameters within the OSS solution. /liliEnsure rules are: /liliAligned with business needs /liliCoherent across use cases /liliCompatible with system performance constraints (processing time, stability) /liliGuarantee the reliability and consistency of system outputs. /li /ulh3Product Management Evolutions /h3ulliManage a focused portfolio of evolutions and enhancements within the OSS framework. /liliPrioritize changes based on business impact and system constraints. /liliOperate within the limits of a customized market solution with constrained development possibilities. /liliMaintain a clear and structured functional roadmap. /li /ulh3Coordination Across IT, Business Integrator /h3ulliAct as a central coordination point within IT across: /liliBusiness stakeholders /liliTransformation/program teams /liliExternal system integrator /liliEnsure proper translation of business needs into implementable specifications. /liliFacilitate alignment and decision-making across stakeholders. /li /ulh3Performance Monitoring Continuous Improvement /h3ulliMonitor slotting and sequencing performance using key operational KPIs. /liliEnsure alignment between: /liliSystem performance (especially processing time) /liliExpected operational outcomes. /liliIdentify improvement opportunities and drive adjustments when necessary. /li /ulh3Reporting Data Management /h3ulliOwn and structure reporting outside of the OSS solution. /liliLeverage Snowflake and Power BI to: /liliTrack system performance /liliProvide actionable insights to stakeholders. /liliEnsure data consistency and reliability across systems.



/liliAct as the IT point of contact for brun activities /b. /liliEnsure stability and proper execution of slotting and sequencing processes. /liliCoordinate with support teams and integrator for issue resolution. /liliContribute to maintaining overall system performance and reliability. /li /ulh3Stakeholder Management /h3ulliCollaborate closely with: /liliIndustrial and operations teams /liliSupply chain stakeholders /liliIT and data teams /liliExternal partners. /liliAct as SPOC for the slotting sequencing domain within IT. /liliSupport decision-making on rules, parameters, and priorities. /li /ulh3Qualifications, Skills Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field. /lilib5-8 years of experience /b in industrial systems, supply chain, or optimization environments. /li /ulpStrong understanding of: /pulliSlotting and/or sequencing processes. /liliOptimization logic (rules, constraints, parameters). /liliExperience working with boff-the-shelf solutions (OSS) /b with limited customization. /liliStrong analytical skills with attention to performance and result quality. /liliExperience with bdata tools such as Snowflake and Power BI /b. /liliStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. /liliFluency in English and Italian. /li /ulh3Offer /h3ulliSalary range: from 45 € to 55 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements. /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (first / second / third) professional area. /li /ulpbPlease submit your CV in English. /b /ph3Disclaimer /h3pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
