With $6.9 billion in sales, a strong customer base and global reach spanning nearly 70 countries, we are uniquely positioned to deliver greater value to our customers and create new opportunities for our people. /ppWe are currently seeking a bLab Supervisor /b to join our dynamic team in bPiove di Sacco (PD), Italy! /b /ppThe Lab Supervisor coordinates day-to-day operations in the laboratories and helps achieve product development project goals, while elevating the lab team to a new level of performance and proficiency. /ph3What kind of work will you be doing? /h3ulliPlans and follows the progress of all laboratory tests related to assigned projects. /liliCollaborates with and influences other business areas to pin the testing needs of various projects and plan to address any gaps in feasibility vs expectations. /liliCoordinates laboratory technicians. /liliOversees results and reporting from the laboratory technicians. /liliWork with the lab manager to improve safety, facilities, efficiency, and turnaround times. /liliWorks according to internal instructions based on the requirements of the role, in turn helping to standardize work and introduce new skills procedures. /liliParticipates in product testing at designated external laboratories.
