Our proprietary supply chain optimization platform, VIZIV®, powers our customers' supply chains to ensure they remain a step ahead of the competition. /ppYou will drive business development by expanding awareness of Century’s global logistics platform, VIZIV®, demonstrating how our industry-leading technology optimizes operations and creates competitive advantage. Serving as the link between local market opportunities and senior leadership, you will communicate pipeline activity, coordinate internal teams, and ensure customer solutions meet Century’s high standards while fully leveraging the capabilities of the VIZIV® platform. /ph3ACTIVITIES /h3ulliMeet/exceed assigned volume and gross profit goals by closing new business with new customers. /liliActively target, seek out, cultivate,
and establish new business for Century for the assigned customers and territory. /liliPrioritize High Value Target accounts that fit with Century’s suite of solutions and associated projected revenue/volume opportunities. /liliDevelop and present clear, professional, and effective presentations to external customers moving the sales cycle forward. /liliSeek opportunities to sell “End to End” Solutions to customers during your sales calls to potential clients. /liliSupport key industry events that will help build brand awareness and drive opportunity development. /liliContinually seek-out market, competitive and customer information from all available resources to best perform your job and share with colleagues. /liliSuggest any networking opportunities such as local industry logistics conference and seminars. /liliCommunicate status of account development efforts to stakeholders and update customer relationship management application as directed. /liliAct as a local market ambassador for Century in Italy and beyond, helping establish and expand brand presence. /li /ulh3REQUIREMENTS /h3ulli7+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development within logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL. /liliProven record of closing high-value deals and building long-term client relationships. /liliExcellent communication skills in English and Italian (both written and verbal). /liliProficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, and digital sales tools (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo). /liliAbility to manage travel and costs in line with business development goals and the opportunities at hand and per company guidelines. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
