ph3Reporting Specialist - External Reporting and Consolidation /h3 pDepartment: Consolidated Financial Reporting /p pLocation: IT, IT /p h3Description /h3 pAs a bReporting Specialist /b, you will support the Group's financial reporting and consolidation activities, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements, regulatory disclosures, and management reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with accounting standards, supporting audits, overseeing IFRS 16 reporting, and contributing to ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of the Group Integrated Report, in line with applicable regulatory requirements and reporting standards. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage financial reporting activities, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements, disclosures, and regulatory reports. /li liSupport the Group consolidation process through the validation, reconciliation, and consolidation of reporting packages from subsidiaries, including IFRS adjustments and reporting integration of new entities. /li liEnsure compliance with IFRS requirements, internal controls, and evolving accounting and reporting regulations. /li liCoordinate IFRS 16 reporting activities, including lease accounting, reconciliations, calculation models, and related financial disclosures. /li liContribute to the preparation and review of the Group Financial Statements package, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements. /li liSupport external audits and management reporting, preparing documentation,
addressing audit queries, and contributing to reporting for senior management and the Board of Directors. /li liContribute to ESG, CSRD, and Integrated Reporting by collecting, validating, and monitoring financial and non-financial data in collaboration with Sustainability and Finance teams. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of IAS/IFRS, with experience in financial reporting, accounting, and closing processes. /li liExperience in Group consolidation and IFRS 16 accounting, including lease accounting, reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements. /li liStrong analytical and financial reporting skills, with the ability to manage complex datasets and prepare financial reports and statements. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), with experience using consolidation systems and SAP. /li liKnowledge of ESG, CSRD, and Integrated Reporting requirements and related data management processes. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across international teams; fluent English is required, French is a plus. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liComprehensive welfare package including short working week during summer months. /li liHybrid working policy (10 days a month remote working). /li liAccess to company facilities, such as restaurant service corporate gym. /li liA fast paced and dynamic international context. /li liLevel 2 classified under Italian CCNL Industria Alimentare. /li liInitial annual gross salary of minimum €45,000. /li liPremio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to €2,500 at target level for 2026. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
