- We are looking for a new resource to join BasicNet Group as a **Talent Acquisition Intern**. The new collegue will support the HR team in the search and selection activities across all the company divisions, and also the organisation and management of company’s training needs. **_
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required_**
- Bachelor’s Degree (a Master in HR is a strongly considered requirement)
- Knowledge of the main IT tools (especially Excel);
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2 at least);
- Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to work in a team; **Key responsabilities**
- Support in the organization of the employees’ onboarding and offboarding management;
- Support in the management of contacts with universities, training agencies and business schools; partecipation in Career Days and job fairs.
