- Use an arc fusion splicer and recoater;
- Use optical instrumentation (optical power meter, polarization extimation meter, Optical spectrum analizer);
- Have a good manual practitioner;
- Develop optical fiber handling skill;
- Develop mechanical assembly skills;
- Work individually;
**Qualification and Skills**
- Work passion, patience, crafts and smart learning attitude;
- High School diploma, preferably ITIS;
