ppbAs a Senior Accountant, you will be part of our Finance Accounting department and you will be responsible for the following tasks: /b /p ul liPrepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports (Local and US GAAP) /li liPerform account reconciliation; troubleshoot and analyze discrepancies /li liEnsure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), tax laws, and internal policies and procedures /li liAnalyze and verify internal consistency, completeness and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents; make adjustments, as necessary /li liResponsible in preparing, adjusting and closing journal entries /li liAudit, review and verify accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records /li liCoordinate accounting matters with other departments, locations and divisions (i.e., Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, etc.) and with external accounting service firms /li liCoordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure the Financial Statement and Tax return comply with local laws and requirements /li /ul ul liBachelor’s Degree in Economics or related field /li li3-4 years’ experience in audit and accounting /li liThorough understanding of accounting principles, practices and procedures /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively /li liCapacity to work on multiple projects and deadlines /li liCapability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties /li liFluency in Italian and English /li liVery good IT knowledge, in particular Excel; Oracle knowledge is a strong plus /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pHere’s a glimpse of the great benefits you can expect: /p ul lipbHealth Benefits /b:
