**Job Description Summary**: At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Business, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation. In this role you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. **Essential Responsibilities**
- Plan and schedule material/production needs
- Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs
- Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
- Optimize inventory and process improvements
- Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
- Resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures **Qualification/Requirements**
- Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
- Previous experience as Material Planner
- Experience in Housing field
- SAP systems, tools knowledge and good computer skills
- Good interpersonal, communication, influencing and organizational skills
- Problem solving
- Fluent Italian and Good English
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required **Desired Characteristics**

- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
