We are looking for an intern who supports for at least 6 months our Facility Manager. With this internship you will get an overview of all the Facility activities and you will have the possibility to support in coordinating maintenance work, structural alteration works in our Headquarters and in our stores in Italy. **Tasks and responsibilities**

- Help to manage and control maintenance work in all our locations and organize the collaboration with the various craftsman.
- Support in the coordination of structural renovation works and new store openings
- Assist in the procurement of furniture and the management to ensure that workplaces are prepared in time
- Support in the collaboration with internal departments and external service provider
- Help to resolve immediate problems and provide support **Profile**
- University student or degree in economics or a similar field
- Experiences in administration, organizing are considered a plus
- Fluent in German and Italian
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Very good organizational and time management skills
- Flexible and customer-oriented **Workplace**: Bolzano, IT
