ppbJob Summary: /b ServiceNow Dev to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, strong technical architecture skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient ServiceNow solutions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliServe as the technical authority on ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices. /liliDefine and drive the overall platform strategy, roadmap, and governance. /liliLead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications. /liliEnsure platform scalability, security, performance, and integrations with other enterprise systems. /liliProvide technical leadership in solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance boards. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to align solutions with business objectives. /liliMentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators on technical best practices. /liliStay updated on ServiceNow product releases, marketplace solutions, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
/liliEnsure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliPrimary skills on TSOM implementation /liliStrong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least 2 other modules (TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps). /liliProven expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers, etc.). /liliKnowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices. /liliExperience designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery. /liliExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). /liliServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules. /liliServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). /liliServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward certification. /liliExperience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. /liliExposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT ecosystems. /liliMasters Degree in IT /li /ulpMontreal Associates is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
