Glovo in Italy is seeking an Operational Compliance & Rider Operations Lead to shape and safeguard the local operations, focusing on regulatory compliance, rider experience, and union relations during a period of growth. Reporting to Head of Operations, you will own Italy-wide processes, collaborate with Global Ops, Legal and Finance, and drive automation to scale rider onboarding, support and billing.

This role requires leadership of a team of 4+, fluent Italian and English, and a track record
