The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our IT department. The IT Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liSource and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. /li liConduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. /li liCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. /li liDevelop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. /li liCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. /li liManage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
