The Sales Team is dedicated to driving sales with both existing and new customers in the offline retail channel. You will be part of a collaborative team and driven colleagues, located across Europe.
As a Key Account Manager Italy,



you will engage with both strategic and operational aspects of our retail activities, taking on a dynamic role that ensures the smooth running of commercial day-to-day activities with our partners, while also shaping the growth of our offline retail channel. You will focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with major retailers and supporting the acquisition of new accounts in line with our company's strategic goals.

* This role is located in Munich / (South) Bavaria, Germany*
In this role, we offer a hybrid working model that balances weekly office days for team collaboration, on-site customer visits, and remote days for focused, independent work.

Your responsibilities
Account Ownership: Take full ownership of the performance of key accounts within the Italian market, ensuring that financial targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Customer Strategy: Develop and implement tailored customer strategies that encompass portfolio, pricing & category management
