Associated with the Galeries Lafayette group and present in Italy, in Milan, we are looking for a **Customer Service Supervisor.** **Your future job**: - You are the main contact for our external Customer Service partner
- You define operational objectives, establish priorities
- You set up performance and quality monitoring indicators
- You are responsible for the NPS score related to the customer service
- You assess the level of service of our partners
- You work on the continuous improvement of Customer Service (tone of voice, process, etc.) and tools in collaboration with different teams




- You will be responsible for improvement projects implemented at local and Group level
- You bring the voice of the customer to internal teams
- You will take care of operational tasks such as B2B/B2C manual orders entry, invoices adjustments, etc,. **What’s expected from you**: - Bachelor's degree
- 2 - 3 years of work experience in Customer Service department
- Customer Satisfaction oriented
- Rigorous and organized, you are also endowed with good interpersonal skills
- Transform insights into actions
- Fluent in Italian (mandatory) and English (mandatory), French would be a plus
