**Responsibilities**: - Perform repair, overhaul, and calibration of measuring instruments after completing internal training.
- Provide after-sales service and support to customers.
- Utilize PC and office package programs for documentation and reporting.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise through continuous learning and training. **Requirements**: - 2-5 years of experience in technical support activities.
- Technical institute diploma or Bachelors Degree.
- Proficiency in PC usage and main office package programs (Word, Excel).
- Bilingual proficiency in Italian and good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and determination to achieve goals.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training.
- Previous experience in a similar role, along with basic knowledge of pneumatics, is preferred.
- Knowledge of metrology and pneumatics fundamentals will be advantageous. This is a great opportunity to join an international group and grow professionally.
