In this role, you will be partnering with the business to drive performance, support strategic decisions and deliver sustainable financial results. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliPartner with Operations to translate business strategy into financial targets, plans and actionable initiatives. /liliDrive performance management by providing transparency on financial and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities and challenging performance where needed. /liliDrives business reviews prioritizing a forward view and acting proactively /liliPrepare financial planning and forecasting activities for Operations, including annual target setting and forward-looking business reviews. /liliProvide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions, new initiatives and business cases. /liliOwn financial performance and reporting, including monthly results, costs, CAPEX and other key operational metrics. /liliEnsure strong financial processes and controls, supporting month-end closing, accruals, valuations. /liliContribute to strategic Operations projects, while promoting high standards of compliance, ethics and internal control.
