**Key Responsibilities of Job Description**:
**Accounting and Finance**: - Accurate recording of the hotel's bank statement, including POS receipts, transfers, deposits, and invoice reconciliations.
- Accounting reconciliation between the hotel and the golf club.
- Bank statement reconciliations.
- Recording supplier invoices with proper archiving.
- Management of the Sports Association's accounting. **Payments and Official Communications**: - Handling payments to suppliers, F23, F24, taxes, contributions, TFR quotes, payroll, and reimbursements.
- Issuing and recording invoices.
- Handling official communications via PEC managed by the headquarters. **Development skills**: - Preparation of reports for management control.
- Management of administrative and accounting documents.
- Preparation of accounting entries, including book entries, assets, accruals, and deferrals.




- Maintenance of company accounting records, including customer and supplier accounts.
- Verification of the operating budget and evolution comparison reporting
- Monitoring payments and receipts. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial administration minimum 3 years
- Knowledge of tax laws and accounting regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and computer tools (Team System, Opera and Excel)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
