Tecomec Group is seeking a Financial Manager for one of its business units to oversee the financial health and strategy of the company.
- **Location**:_ LATAM region
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Financial Management**: - Lead and oversee the accounting, treasury, and tax functions.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, manage budgets, and control costs.
- Coordinate reporting activities and liaise with the Group CFO.
- **Strategic Planning**: - Partner with the CEO and other executives to develop the company's financial strategy.
- Analyze market trends, assess risks, and identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Financial Analysis: - Manage cash flow and prepare forecasts.
- Maintain daily relationships with financial institutions.
- Optimize financial leverage costs.
- **Education**:_ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.




- **Experience**:_
- 10 years of experience in controlling and finance.
- 3-5 years in leadership roles, ideally within the Brazilian business environment.
- **Skills**:_
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Brazilian accounting principles (GAAP) and tax regulations.
