We are looking for aClient Engagement & Development Specialistto join the CRM Team, to play a pivotal role in implementing ourCRM activitiesthrough different channels.
In a fast-movingpace and exciting environment, the candidatewill beresponsible for defining and executing the global CRM and client engagement strategy across multiple markets, ensuring regional action plans are aligned with business priorities and successfully executed.Working cross-functionally, the position leverages data and customer insights to continuously optimize performance and support business growth. The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Developing and coordinating regional client engagement and loyalty plans across all tiers of segmentation, from 1-2-many campaigns to targeted 1-to-few segmentation and bespoke 1-2-1 engagement;
- Defining global and local CRM communication strategies, including newsletters and personalized one-to-one outreach, with responsibility for campaign calendars, audience segmentation and targeting;
- Leading CRM planning in close collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising, Retail and Digital teams to ensure consistent omnichannel client experience;
- Monitoring regional execution, sharing best practices and supporting local teams in achieving CRM and client development objectives;
- Acting as the global point of contact for CRM and client engagement initiatives, coordinating cross-functional and international stakeholders.
SKILLS
Your Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of marketing Automation and Analytics Tools;
- Masters customer journeys, advanced segmentations and data driven targeting;
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, leveraging customer insights to develop multichannel strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Strong experience in CRM, Client Engagement and Customer Strategy;
- Curious and creative thinker with a strong data-driven mindset;
- Proactive, reliable and highly organized, with strong attention to detail and deadlines;
- Excellent project management and planning skills;
- Ability to prioritize effectively among competing tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities;
- Fluency in English and Italian.
