Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Mechanical Field Service Engineer for centrifugal compressors to lead on-site installation, commissioning and maintenance with customers across energy sites.

You will manage activities, people and HSE compliance to high standards, troubleshoot issues, and travel up to 70% including offshore facilities to support diverse projects in a dynamic environment. This role requires strong English and Italian communication and a proactive safety mindset.
