Sr. Global Technical Consultant (f/m/d) Pharma & Personal Care
In this role you partner with pharmaceutical and personal care customers to optimize cleaning, disinfection, and plant hygiene, improving product quality and operational efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will conduct site surveys, guide cleaning validation, and train customers on best practices, acting as a bridge between customers and sales. The position is Europe-based, with travel to international sites as needed, and involves leading complex projects beyond typical account management.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve complex customer problems across Personal Care and Pharmaceutical manufacturing applications
- Conduct customer visits and site surveys to assess processes and cleaning/disinfection programs for compliance and efficiency, with documented recommendations
- Support change control processes, including project management, SOP guidance, and validation training
- Lead customer-facing seminars and internal training on cGMPs, cleaning validation principles, and cleaning technologies
- Communicate best practices and learnings to the field sales organization
- Provide leadership on unique customer projects beyond standard expectations
- Ensure brand standards and timely completion of final reports
- Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences
- 10 years of practical industry experience
- Experience understanding and troubleshooting cleaning and CIP operations
- Ability to travel 50%+ of the time
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain visas for international travel
- Fluent in English and French
