BRIEF DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer / Service Account Manager to develop the ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel (animal feed, pet food, aqua feed, biomass, and waste applications) service business in Italy and Spain. The role is strongly customer-facing and requires regular visits to final customers, with the objective of identifying service opportunities, building long-term relationships, and growing sales of spare parts, maintenance, upgrades, and aftersales solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit final customers regularly in Italy and Spain to understand their needs and identify service business opportunities.
Develop and grow sales of ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel service solutions, including spare parts,



maintenance, upgrades, inspections, and technical support.
Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, becoming their main commercial contact for service needs.
Work closely with internal technical and service teams to prepare offers and propose the right solutions for each customer.
Follow up opportunities, negotiate with customers, and close service orders.
Use CRM and regular reporting to track customer visits, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.
Support the handover of orders to the execution team by providing clear technical and commercial information.
Develop market knowledge in animal feed, pet food, aqua feed, biomass, and waste applications.
Represent ANDRITZ professionally in front of customers and contribute to strengthening the service business in the region.
