Manage Salesforce CRM Salesforce CRM development and implementation **Description of Main Activities / Responsabilities**: - Manage and administer Salesforce environment, including configuration, integration, and customization
- Manage user requests
- Application support for End Users




- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT projects to meet business demands **Professional and Personal Skills**: - ** PROFESSIONAL SKILLS**: - Salesforce Admin Skill: Salesforce Visibility & Sharing Model + Report & Dashboard + Tableau CRM (Nice to Have)
- Ability to process analysis
- Understanding AS-IS processes and TO-BE design
- Ability to operate with business complexity
- Understanding of business strategies
- Salesforce platform-specific knowledge including Admin and standard CRM processes, Service and Sales
- Ability to navigate the Salesforce platform for testing
- ** LANGUAGE SKILLS**: - Fluent English (written and spoken)
- ** COMPUTER SKILLS**: - Office 365
- Salesforce
- ** EXPERIENCE**: - 5 years of experience in Saleforce
- ** CERTIFICATIONS**: - Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Associate (Nice to Have)
