Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for a Plant Director to manage the italian plant in Niella Tanaro (CN) **_Role and Responsibilities _**
- Direct and coordinates manufacturing operations to guarantee SQDC (Safety - Quality - Delivery - Cost) on both product line Tower and Mobile.
- Plan, organize, direct and continuously improve the manufacturing business process to provide satisfaction to customers, create value to the shareholders, provide business growth and meet financial targets.
- Ensure a shared Safety Culture that involves all employees in respect of Safety rules and continuous iplementation of improvement actions.
- Promote Continuous Improvements action plans
- Take care of people grouth,



ensuring talent development plans and proper training at all level **_To be Successful in this Role _**
- Engineering Degree Engineering related field with not less than 10 years progressive responsibility in operations
- Good English level
- Strong Experience in Lean manufacturing
- Good Financial attitude
- Leadership attitute towards people
- Organization and problem solving
- Self starter with ability to lead and motivate others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulation in compliance with DLgs 81/2008 e smi.
