Our comprehensive helicopter services are designed to meet the evolving needs of our clients, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the offshore helicopter services sector. For our team we are looking for a **Junior Buyer** who will be based in Malpensa area, Italy. **Responsibilities**
- Research and continuously develop new source of supply.
- Issue purchase/exchange/repair orders based on requests coming from different departments;
- Initiate/coordinate shipments in the most efficient and competitive way to final destinations.
- Follow up of shipments from departure to arrival of the material at its destination,



with continuous updating of the technical staff;
- Constant contact with Store Supervisor and Maintenance Department to resolve issues relating to the supply of materials;
- Issue monthly reports related to outstanding spares/services;
- Maintain filing system in an organized way. **Requirements**: - At least one (1) year’s relevant experience;
- Knowledge of the aeronautical / helicopter sector will be an added advantage;
- Good level of English proficiency;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Problem solving;
- Flexibility;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Good interpersonal relations and communication skills. Our company language is English and we are a global reality, that's why **w**e will consider only CVs written in English.
