As HSE Site Supervisor in the M Renewables team in Italy, you lead safety planning and compliance on construction sites, coordinating with contractors to uphold HSE standards. You assess and improve HSE plans, manage emergency and regulatory documentation, and ensure site readiness across multiple sites. Your work supports Metlen Energy & Metals’ sustainable energy initiatives and safe, compliant project execution. You will engage with cross-functional teams to drive safety and efficiency.

- Monitor and evaluate HSE plans and propose improvements
- Supervise on-site activities and verify documentation for contractors and subcontractors
- Review and prepare Safety Plans for construction sites




- Identify potential health and safety issues from project drawings and POS
- Ensure site displays required HSE information and remains compliant
- Prepare and maintain site H&S; files per PSC, POS and legal requirements
- Establish emergency planning information and prepare site emergency plan
- Control subcontractor H&S; through briefings and discussions
- HSE construction experience (3–5 years)
- Experience in energy projects is an advantage
- University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering is a plus
