**DHL Supply Chain has the opportunity for you.** **We are looking for a Operations Manager_Pallet** **What Will You Do**: - Manage the activity of the pallets center;
- Handle the financial Budget and P&L;
- Manage the commercial relation with customer;
- Negotiate with customers, and implement policies and rules;
- Management of the operational team (8 managed resources), care of the contractual part together with the functions and the legal;
- Responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and health;
- Respond to and coordinate all activities to respect the service level agreed with customer;
- Resolve customer service issues, deal with customer concerns, and prepare responses to customer issues and problems;
- Review data,



identify and implement necessary actions as required. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economic
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in a Supply Chain/Logistics Industry;
- Is necessary a previous experience in team’s management;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (excel. Power Point, etc.);
- Fluent in English;
- Strong leadership and team building attitudes;
- Demonstrated business acumen and decision making skills;
- Comfortable collaborating with teams and clients to solve problems;
- Sound leadership and attention to details.
