As a Logistics Senior Specialist and as a member of the Logistics and Custom COE you will contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the logistics and customs processes across all regions. You will support governance, compliance, standardization, simplification, operation efficiency and digital transformation initiatives working in close collaboration with regional teams and global functions.
As a Logistics Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of global logistics and customs frameworks
- Collaborate with Regional Logistics, Business Logistics, Transportation, ITC, Procurement, Finance, and Enterprise Operations to assist in strategy execution and cost optimization initiatives
- Monitor and report on KPIs, leveraging data analytics to identify improvement opportunities, cost avoidance, savings, and productivity enhancements
- Develop ideas and lead implementation projects for AI & PowerBI application in IET Logistics environments
- Assist in developing and maintaining global standards, procedures, and controls for customs and logistics operations
- Participate in projects focused on digital transformation, automation, and lean process improvement
- Contribute to initiatives that simplify, standardize, and automate logistics and customs processes
