Services offered include break fix for EUC/Data Centers, IMAC for EUC/Data Centers, Desktop Support, Hardware Repairing, IT Asset Disposal (ITAD), Site Surveys and Installations, Stock Inventory and Audits, Full-Time Outsourced Resources, and Deployments and Roll Outs. Techwelt provides a single point of contact for all services and also offers a stock storage facility with security and safety measures. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role located in Rome, Italy, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing regular sales reports to the management team. **Qualifications**:



- Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of IT support services and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Experience in conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English and Italian is required, additional languages are a plus **Note**:
