As a **Junior Business Information Manager Handling**, you will be joining the handling systems team responsible for managing the software solutions that support the business processes and daily operations of Aviapartner. You will work closely with the IT department, the business units and the external vendors to ensure that the software systems are aligned with the business needs, objectives and strategies. You will also be involved with the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the software systems, as well as the training and support of the key-users.



You should have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in the fast-paced and dynamic aviation industry. You should also have good autodidact skills to quickly gather the needed knowledge of the aviation industry, the ground handling services and the software solutions that are used in this sector. You will be part of an European IT team of +/- 20 people. We offer the possibility to work partially remote (work from home). **What should be your personal and professional background?**
- Education level Bachelor
- A first experience in an IT Business Information Management role
- Medium project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent command of English is a prerequisite, additional European languages are an asset **You will need the following skills and mindset**
