- Identifying new sites




- Conducting negotiations with all stakeholders (landowners, developers...)
- Managing land lease agreements and all required documentation
- Ensuring new business opportunities are pursued to their maximum potential
- Understanding company strategies and developing business practices accordingly
- Ensuring communication and coordination throughout the full process **Business Skills**
- Strong verbal and written skills in Italian and English
- Adept at working to challenging deadlines, prioritizing effectively and managing own workload.
- Enjoys working with a dynamic and highly engaged team, as well as working independently.
