TECEZE is seeking an experienced EUC Support / Field IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end users, desktops, laptops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure in Emilia‑Romagna. The role covers hardware and software troubleshooting, deployments, and asset management.
You will support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, AD/Azure AD, and network connectivity, while collaborating with infrastructure teams on projects and ITIL processes.
